Erin Laney, Coach

Erin Laney has served as the Head Varsity Coach at Lower Merion High School for the last two seasons. During the 2020-2021 campaign, the Aces won their first playoff game and finished with the most number of wins in many years. Prior to coaching at LMHS, Coach Laney was the Head Girls JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Southern Lehigh High School and was part of a four-year run of Colonial League and District XI Championships, appearances in the PIAA State Playoffs, including two quarter-final finishes. Prior to embarking on her coaching career, Erin played basketball at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA where she played in every game of her career, including the Division III NCAA Sweet Sixteen in 2011 and Round of 32 in 2012. She also was a member of the Centennial Conference Championship team in 2011 and 2012.
